What does the sentence means ,We all know“Time flies”

Today is May19.We have spent over half the second semester of our first year in South Central University for Nationalities.Maybe the first semester ,we have to adjust ourselves to a new situation,so we wasted some time.But can we make a summary on what we have do in this semester?Some of us may spend a large amount of time playing computer games.In the meantime,others may make full use of those time to learn something meaningful.

If you don’t want to fall behind,then value your time.Time slips away silently when you play games.Time slips away fast when you watch TV.Time slips away easily when you sleep

The old man of time is running,what we can do is to catch the tail of time.Time is money but money can not get back time.Four years of college life is short in a person’s life.Don’t waste time any more.Never put off till tomorrow what may be done today.Try to be confident and try to make our university life more wonderful and meaningful .Believe that we can fly and we are singing in the sky.
