一、系统简介
青岛QBC8.2系列船主机为5RT-FLEX 58T-D,主机遥控为KONGSBERG—ACC-20,下图是集控式主机操作面板,左边是遥控系统操作窗口,右边是车钟。
显示器下面的6个功能按钮,从左到右分别为: 1. Cancel SHD, 2. Cancel SLD, 3. Cancel Limits,
4. In command,集控式控制时此灯点亮,驾控和机旁控制时灭。 5. Sound off, 6. Alarm ack
车钟下面有7个功能指示按钮+1个车钟错向报警 左边从上到下分别为 1. Bridge 2. ECR 3. Local
用于控制位置转换 中间位置
1. Wrong Way 2. Emer. Stop
右边从上到下分别为 1. At sea 2. Stand By 3. FWE
用于指示主机状态

二、主要菜单构建
首要说明:1 在Home页,通过旋转和按压鼠标手轮可以选择进入各下一级菜单,如下树形图; 2 如有警报发生,菜单前面的指示灯会由正常的灰色变为亮红色,以示提醒。

本轮程序负荷从50RPM开始,结束于93RPM;程序加速总时间为60分钟,程序降速时间为加速时间减半。
程序加速时间具体分布如下: 50-65RPM---0.1M 65-70RPM---0.5M 70-85RPM---19,4M 85-93RPM---40M

第3层,安全系统查看
Safety System→↓Shut Down 按一下显示警报,按两下显示全部警报点。旋转首轮直到菜单顶
部显示PUSH WHEEL TO ENTER LIST→进入;退出是方向旋转手轮,直到菜单顶部显示PUSH WHEEL TO LEAVE LIST→退出。
Slow Down 操作方法同Shut Down Emg. Stop
RPM Detector→↓ (两组转速探头互为备用)
Rpm Simulate (开启后可以试验集控台主机转速表) Overspeed Test Level(开启后可模拟试验主机超速) Gov. serial line→进入后有复位功能(Reset)
三、日常操作
1 转速微调(用于车钟不太好设定的精细转速调整,可以精细到0.1rpm) Fine Turning→↓ Setpoint(RPM)
先旋转鼠标手轮把设定指示灯打到ON(指示灯变为绿色),然后旋转手轮改变
转速并确认。
2 慢转申请
Request SLT→↓ Engine Mode Speed Control Mode ○ Request Slow Turning ○ Const Fuel Mode ○ Air Run (常用) ○ Fuel Setpoint control ○ Aux Blower Stop ○ Rough Sea Mode Aux Blower Running ○ Dead Band
3 机驾主机转速无扰动切换 在ACC-20各种显示模式下,按显示器下面的In command键,将直接进入Control Position界面, 此时可以查看显示器右面的Bridge转速和ECR的油门百分比是否一致,如果不一致调整车钟手柄直到两个黄色箭头尖端对齐,即可实现无扰动切换,如下图。

四、ACC20车钟位置校对
主机遥控系统检修过程中,如果对数据库进行修改后且进行了DC. Config.功能后,由于遥控系统长时间使用会影响到车钟各档参数的变动,需要在驾驶台和集控式分别对车钟进行校对。参数表如下: 车钟命令 NAV. FULL AHEAD FULL AHEAD HALF AHEAD SLOW AHEAD DEAD SLOW AHEAD STOP DEAD SLOW ASTERN SLOW ASTERN HALF ASTERN FULL ASTERN EMERGENCY ASTERN 油门百分比 100% 76% 57% 38% 19% 0.0% -20% -40% -60% -80% -100% 进入路径如下: Home→Misc. Menu→Para. Change→LEVER CALIBRATOR→BRIDGE LEVER CALIBRATOR →ECR LEVER CALIBRATOR
进入界面后,先从STOP开始校对,同时把车钟手柄放到STOP位,点击界面STOP并输入密码41436,点击OK,Potmeter 1和Potmeter 2 开始自动校对,结果允许有2%误差,等待10几秒参数稳定后进行下一档标定。
校对顺序KONGSBERG服务工程师建议如下: 首选:
STOP→NAV. FULL AHEAD→FULL AHEAD→HALF AHEAD→SLOW AHEAD→DEAD SLOW AHEAD→STOP→EMERGENCY ASTERN→FULL ASTERN→HALF ASTERN→SLOW ASTERN→DEAD SLOW ASTERN→STOP. 备选:
STOP→DEAD SLOW AHEAD→SLOW AHEAD→HALF AHEAD→FULL AHEAD→NAV. FULL AHEAD→STOP→DEAD SLOW ASTERN→SLOW ASTERN→HALF ASTERN→FULL ASTERN→EMERGENCY ASTERN→STOP
